Terms of Sale

These terms of sale apply to purchases of goods from our online store. Together with your order, they form the basis of the agreement for the purchase. The terms apply to consumer purchases and are designed in accordance with Norwegian law.

Order and Agreement

The agreement is binding when we have confirmed your order. You will receive an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of obvious errors in price or product information.

Prices and Payment

All prices are stated in Norwegian kroner and include VAT. Any shipping costs are shown in the cart before you complete the purchase. Payment is made through our payment providers, and the amount is charged when the order is processed.

Delivery

Ordered goods are sent as soon as possible and no later than within 30 days, unless otherwise agreed. The risk of the goods passes to you when you receive them.

Right of Withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive the goods, in accordance with the right of withdrawal law. Notify us within the deadline, and return the goods in the same condition and quantity. Return shipping is covered by the buyer. Note that some food items and goods with limited shelf life may be exempt from the right of withdrawal.

Complaints

If the goods are defective or missing, you can complain in accordance with the Consumer Purchase Act. The complaint period is two years, or five years for goods intended to last significantly longer. Contact us as soon as you discover the defect.

Personal Information

We process personal information in accordance with our privacy policy.

Disputes

In case of disagreement, you can complain to the Consumer Authority or use the EU Commission's complaint portal (ODR). Disputes are resolved under Norwegian law.
